Healthy Lifestyles In Schools

Conceptual framework.
Given the importance within the Healthy Schools strategy has been given to promoting a culture of health in schools, from promoting habits and lifestyles, this protocol is developed in the framework underpinning the Health Promotion.

Health is the outcome of care is given to one self and others, the ability to make decisions and control your own life and to ensure that the society in which one lives can offer all members the opportunity to enjoy good health. ”

The promotion of health, refers primarily to the development of healthy life patterns as described Sigerest (1945) * promotes health giving an adequate standard of living, good working conditions, education, physical activity and mechanisms for rest and recreation.

The lifestyles that are acquired, are conditioned through learning experiences, which are adapted, repurchased or modified according to the desired behaviors.
